I graduated from Central Luzon State University with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a major in Network Administration. I worked in the BPO industry for almost 7 years. On that 7 years of service, you can call me a call center veteran. | 経歴・資格 | I am a call center agent, and I want to become an ESL teacher. In my job, I use English every day. I speak with customers from different countries, and I help them solve problems. This job helped me improve my English speaking and listening skills. As a call center agent, I learned how to communicate clearly and politely. I learned how to explain information in a simple way. I also learned patience and good customer service. These skills are very important for teaching English. I am interested in becoming an ESL teacher because I enjoy helping people learn. I want to help students improve their English and feel more confident when they speak. I am learning about teaching methods, lesson planning, and grammar to prepare for this career. I respect people from different cultures and backgrounds. I believe learning English can help students in their jobs and daily lives. In the future, my goal is to become a qualified ESL teacher and support students in their learning journey. |
