| 自己紹介 | My name is Sardius Caesar Bayan, and I am honored to be part of Prime Talk as a new ESL teacher. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I am excited to share my knowledge of the English language with students who are eager to learn and grow. As a teacher, my goal is to create a learning environment that is interactive, supportive, and enjoyable. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable and confident, so I make sure to encourage them every step of the way. I want my students to see English not only as a subject to study but also as a tool for communication, connection, and opportunity. Joining Prime Talk gives me the opportunity to grow as an educator while helping students achieve their goals in English. I look forward to inspiring and guiding learners in their journey. |
| 経歴・資格 | I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, Major in English, and have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through both my academic background and previous experiences. I taught students both in the elementary and high school department on the first two years of my teaching journey, and I also teach college students on weekends. Although I am new to ESL teaching, I bring with me patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I am currently taking up my Master Degree which gave me a strong language foundation, and confidence in teaching. This also helped me build authority in class and gain students’ trust, and has equipped me with the skills to create engaging lessons, explain concepts clearly, and motivate learners of different levels. As a teacher at Prime Talk, my goal is to support students in improving their English proficiency and building confidence in using the language in real-life situations. |
