| 自己紹介 | Hi! I am Dee-Jay. I am very excited to begin this educational adventure with you. I'll make sure that our classes are informative, yet fun and enjoyable. I have been an English teacher for more than 20 years and I believe that you will learn easily when you are having fun. I love reading books, baking, cooking, watching movies or dramas on Netflix and listening to music, too. I am a curious person and I love learning new things and getting to know people. | 経歴・資格 | I have been teaching ESL online since 2019 and before that, I was a school English teacher for 15 years. In my first three years of teaching offline, I was a kindergarten teacher, then in the years that followed, I taught elementary students to high school students. As an online ESL teacher, I have experienced teaching teenage and adult students from different cultures such as Japanese, Koreans, and Europeans. My teaching strategy would always be to make my students feel comfortable in class first. I ask many questions to get to know them well and to have a deeper connection. I make sure to always teach from my heart. |
